I can’t help but share a couple of my favorite photos of the both of them together when Grizzly was a puppy. It was so cute how they hung out together and how much Grizzly looked up to Ranger.
That last photo of my dogs might be my favorite one. You can’t see their faces but the way Ranger has his arm around Grizzly is just too much cuteness!

Sorry for such a delayed reply, I just saw this comment! Ranger is referred to as a “red merle”. His coloring was very rich as a puppy but has faded considerably as he has gotten older. Now he’s sort of a faded mottled brown.
